Alaska asks legislature to clarify NFA-related state law
Alaska's attorney general described uncertainty between existing state restrictions and ATF's changed federal enforcement policy for suppressors and short-barreled firearms. The department asked the next legislature to address it; this announcement does not itself change Alaska law.
