Oregon delays Measure 114 transfer provisions to 2028
Oregon's enacted HB 4145 (chapter 120) says the Measure 114 permit provisions apply to firearm transfers on or after January 1, 2028, and similarly changes the date for large-capacity magazine provisions. Its official page should be checked for litigation and later amendments.
